Introduction
Kong Xueer (孔雪儿), known on stage as Snow Kong and by the English name Sherry, is a Chinese singer and actress born on April 30, 1996 in Qianjiang, Hubei. She trained at JYP Entertainment in South Korea before studying Musical Theatre at Wuhan Art School and debuting with the girl group Lady Bees in 2016.
Her breakout arrived in 2020 on Youth With You 2, where she finished 8th and joined the project group THE9. Since THE9's conclusion — now managed by Tangram Media — she has built a dual career across music and television, delivering hit dramas like The Double (2024), Blossom (2024), and leading roles through 2025 and 2026 that earned her Rising Actor honors at both the Sohu Fashion Gala and the Tencent Video Star Awards.

2012 — JYP Trainee
Scouted through a talent competition, Kong Xueer joined JYP Entertainment in South Korea as a trainee, laying the groundwork for her signature dance discipline.

2016 — Lady Bees Debut
After standing out in the finale of Zhejiang TV's idol survival show Lady Bees, she officially debuted with the girl group Lady Bees (蜜蜂少女队) on May 28, 2016.
2018 — Hot Blood Dance Crew
Joined iQiyi's Hot Blood Dance Crew, sharpening her stage craft alongside some of China's top dancers and expanding her national profile.
2020 — THE9
On Youth With You 2 her performance of "Play" became a viral sensation. She finished 8th with 4,001,966 votes and debuted on August 10 as a member of THE9, releasing the EPs Sphinx, Matrix, and the graduation EP THE NINE.
2022 — Acting Debut
Made her television debut as Si Yan in the costume romance Sassy Beauty (潇洒佳人淡淡妆), followed by a recurring role in Mr. Insomnia Waiting for Love (2023).
2024 — Drama Breakthrough
Landed supporting and lead roles in a string of hits — cameo Zhi Yan in The Double (墨雨云间), Zhu Zhuqing in The Land of Warriors, and Miao Ansu in Blossom (九重紫), broadening her reach into historical and xianxia audiences.
2025 — Recognition
Leading roles in Bound to You (明媒善娶), Blood River (暗河传), and others capped a breakout year. She was named Rising Actor of the Year at both the 2025 Sohu Fashion Gala and the Tencent Video Star Awards.
